T(caps)he Hip-Hop/Trap artist, BlaqVibe, has aired his views based on the current trend of how radio and media houses grant interviews to random individuals who create no impact. Based on his observation, those said people who are being invited for interviews leave a bad impression on the music scene, but the industry guys do not pay heed to it. In a recent post on Facebook, the crooner poured it all out to the public. What were his exact words?

What He wrote On His Facebook Timeline

Base on the current trend, some Radio Program host may interview an artist who may bring up controversies during the interview session. This draws people's attention to the program but what importance or impact does it make, if the interviewee spews blasphemous and defamatory comments about colleague artists, only for people to start complaining about it.

At first been interviewed on radio, was a milestone  every young artiste dreamt of attaining.  Not just anyone  could have been interviewed, now radio time is giving unnecessarily to just anyone, painfully it causes chaos , and our presenters do absolutely nothing about it, yet they continue to  grant  more unnecessary interviews hm.
Times has changed , hence we need to change, since nothing is constant than Change!!
It seems funny on air but I swear it is causing huge trouble off air,  people are threatening people, people are being assaulted physically , maybe till someone dies, we wont take this serious..

A fan under this same post on Facebook has this to say;

A chance is only as good as the hands it falls into.. Life may hand us the same seed, but not everyone will plant, water, and the patience to nurture it…they will eat their seedlings and when others are harvesting later they will beg for interviews to ride on cheap fame after sipping 225 + 120 in a diluted teacup

Tiyumba Africa's  Stance

For situations like this, Tiyumba Africa has observed that this particular post made by BlaqVibe is directed at one or two artists who were granted interviews but ended up causing blunders and making false claims to defame other artists.

What should be done right now to curb the situation is that the hosts of those programs should select relevant topics and questions for the interviews and ensure there is no deviation in the discussion. I also think that such artists who are involved in this behavior should be called out and have matters settled in a reasonable way.
